Visitors can stop for a rich local tea in Barber Booth and discover the shadows of closeby valleys while still getting a feel of the authentic villages that Derbyshire can offer. Edale campsites are superb for walkers, with easy routes to windswept Kinder Scout and the famed Pennine Way.
