About the site

This relaxed adult only campsite is set in the South Devon countryside with wide countryside views. It is located on the edge of Dartmoor, home to amazing walking routes and wildlife, with Bigbury Beach and Bantham Beach within 20 minutes, and Blackpool Sands and Plymouth within half an hour! During spring and summer, the site opens up the grass camping field, home to nine spacious pitches (around 15m x 15m). These welcome tent campers, as well as tourers, with the option of non electric or a fully serviced pitch. The rest of the pitches are set on hardstanding bases with a 16 amp electric hook up, water supply and grey waste drainage. There are compact 9m x 5.5m pitches ideal for smaller caravans and motorhomes, along with intermediate pitches (around 11m x 6m) designed for slightly larger tourers with room for an awning and parking. For those wanting even more space, the super pitches include a hardstanding area (9m x 10m) and a grassed area (9m x 5m) with a private picnic table for dining in the open. Dogs are very welcome too, with up to three dogs allowed per pitch. There is a large dog walking field onsite where four-legged guests can stretch their legs while owners enjoy the countryside views. In the evening, you can enjoy cooking dinner over the BBQ or fire pit, just please ensure these are raised from the ground. For days out, the charming towns of Salcombe, Dartmouth and Totnes are within a 30 minute drive, perfect for wandering around shops, cafés and harbours.

The hardstanding pitches are available all year round. The grass pitches are available from April to September.
