Small Tent - Electric Grass PitchesJun 2025
We had a great time during our stay we had plenty of room at our pitch. The facilities are fine it's camping I'm not why people expect the Ritz. Will say by Sunday though it could have used a clean in some of the showers/toilets but they were still useable. Location is it's biggest draw, it's only a short walk into Swanage and only a short drive to the car park at Renscombe (which is free but has a 2.1m height limit) id definitely stay here again if I'm down that way. Think the fuddy duddy types are a little sky is falling with their low reviews of this place. They tell you prior that the site has construction work going on in certain locations, but it's no where near the tent pitches.
Poor campsite

Large Tent - Electric Grass PitchesJun 2025
Single toilet for males. Female toilets had no locks, trash had not been emptied and the toilets were broken on some. Tent pitch was not grassed, very stoned.
There is no quiet time. Stayed 20-22 June and two large groups had arrived one playing music and shouting until 1:30am and to top it all, the men in the group had either found trees or had chopped some down for a fire. They got their children to collect twigs. If we had young children, would have left after one night.
The site looked in a very poor condition, would not recommend other than for its location 10 mins from the beach.
