The site offers grass pitches suitable for tents and touring with optional electrical hook up, and there are also static caravans available. Located 20 minutes outside the city of Lincoln, this family friendly naturist site offers an ideal base for those looking for a relaxing holiday, quick stopover over or even just a day visit. Guests can enjoy the heated outdoor pool and sun loungers or head out for a walk in the surrounding villages and countryside. There are grass pitches suitable for tents and tourers with optional electric hookups for those who need it. There are also static caravans onsite available to hire. Keep everyone entertained with the pool, giant chess, shuffleboard, boules and tennis courts. There are family days out with Sundown Adventureland, 15 minutes and Fun Farm Lincoln Family Entertainment Centre, 20 minutes away from the site. The site allows day visitors to use the site facilities without a pitch. The site is pet free.

Onsite facilities included a shared kitchen, communal BBQ area and a games room available in the clubhouse. There is also plenty of outdoor seating. There is a heated outdoor swimming pool with sun beds and showers.

Guests can use the onsite games, including boules, shuffleboard, giant chess and tennis courts. Kids can also enjoy the play area with climbing frame, slide, swings as well as an indoor playroom.

There is a One Stop convince shop ten minutes from the site and larger supermarkets 25 minutes away. The Friendship Inn is a 20 minute walk from the site.
