About Keepers Meadow
This small glamping site is set in a private spot beside its own area of woodland and well off the beaten track. Despite the seclusion, it's perfectly situated for exploring Norfolk with the city of Norwich and the North Norfolk coast just 30 minutes drive away. The site has three charming bell tents, each perfect for groups of up to six, plus the option of an infant in a travel cot. Each bell tent is sat on a wooden deck and offers the comfort of real beds (double and bunk beds, with bedding provided), thoughtful furnishings and a wood burning stove. Outside you'll have access to private facilities as well as a summer house with an equipped kitchen and covered dining area. Allowing you to enjoy being outdoors, but with all the comfort of home too. The site caters for couples and families, as well as whole site bookings. Fire pits are also available to hire if required. Dogs are not permitted, sorry.
Keepers Meadow is open from 05/04 to 30/09.
Each tent has its own immaculately maintained shower room for the sole use of its occupants, as well as well equipped and undercover dining/kitchen area.
There's also extra shower rooms and toilets for large groups. Free WiFi is also available.
The Black Lion is the nearest pub and Morrisons is the closest shop, both just a five minute drive away.

Booked to stay here with my two children for a short break. We were welcomed to the site by the owner and shown the facilities. Was great to have our own bathroom and kitchen area. The location was great, so easy to get to different attractions or to just spend the day at the meadow and enjoy the surroundings. We stayed for the perfect week, the other families that stayed in the other bell tents were great company, all the kids had a great time, new friendships were made. Can highly recommend and will look at booking again for next year.

We love Keepers Meadow. We plan to make our 4th visit in May this year. Michelle and Gary have created a beautiful site. Our boys love coming every year. The tents are cosy and the bathrooms are warm and super clean. Could not recommend more. Book once and you’ll want to return again and again.

Things to do on site and in the Norwich area
Onsite there is plenty to keep you amused. You can arrange canoe and cycle hire from the site, as well as archery, bushcraft, wild swimming, trout fishing and other group activities. There are also lots of beautiful walks on the public footpaths adjacent.
Happisburgh Owls (20 minutes) is great for wildlife lovers. Get up close and personal with the owls and get some amazing photos and memories to last a lifetime.
Bure Valley Railway at Wroxham station is also just 15 minutes away, an amazing way to see this stunning county from a unique perspective. Hop aboard the steam train and enjoy an 18 mile round trip through the countryside and villages.
