Keepers Meadow is a small but perfectly formed glamping site with three luxury bell tents, nestled beside the River Bure in North Norfolk. It's luxurious and comfortable accommodation in a beautiful setting!
Keepers Meadow is a cute little glamping site set in a very private spot, beside its own area of woodland and well off the beaten track. Despite the seclusion, it's perfectly situated for exploring Norfolk
Each of the three bell tents has real double and bunk beds (with bedding provided), and dedicated toilet, shower and dining facilities. The tents are perfect for anyone wanting to enjoy the outdoors but with all the comfort of being at home.
All you need to bring is clothes, food, toiletries and maybe (in the cooler months) blankets, sleeping bags and/or hot water bottles.
The site caters for couples and families, as well as whole site bookings for groups of up 18 adults when extra tents can be pitched alongside if necessary.

A sat nav will normally take you to Oxnead Hall. If you go over two speed bumps in a farm yard with two bungalows on your left you're getting close! After the second speed bump you need to look over to your right for a very old looking oak tree. Just to the right of it there should be a track and you'll find Keepers Meadow at the bottom of this. Take care on the track as it can be a little rough.
Each tent has its own immaculately maintained shower room for the sole use of its occupants, as well as well equipped and undercover dining/kitchen area.
There's also extra shower rooms and toilets for large groups. Free Wi-Fi.
Chestnut and Hawthorn are both 6 metre Bell tents. They can sleep up to 6 adults - or 7 including an infant sleeping in a travel cot. They both have a double bed, two bunk beds and a wood burner. Bedding for all guests is provided.
Sycamore is a 5 metre bell tent and can sleep up to 4 adults, plus an infant in a travel cot. She has a double bed, a bunk bed and a wood burning stove. Bedding for all guests is included.
Local attractions include Bure Valley Railway (10 minute walk), Bewilderwood (9 miles) and Wroxham Barns (9 miles). Norwich City Centre is a 25 minute drive and you can be at the popular Norfolk coastline within 15 miles at Cromer.
On site there is plenty to keep you amused. You can arrange canoe and cycle hire from the site, as well as archery, bushcraft, wild swimming, trout fishing and other group activities.
