This is a family owned and secluded park that is south facing and set in 3 acres of idyllic countryside. All around the park are quaint market towns, such as Knaresborough and Wetherby. Every pitch at Glenfield is set on hardstanding and includes electric, with a level adjacent grass space provided for trailer tents.

Park facilities are inside a beautifully modern and heated building, with award winning toilets, hot showers, a separate disabled/family room, a washing-up area and laundry. Wi-Fi is available for a small fee. Dog walking routes are mapped around the park.

In the local village of Bardsey, you'll be welcomed into the Bardsey Inn with food that really hits the spot and great local ales. This historic pub was mentioned in the Doomsday Book, giving it plenty of interesting tales to tell.
Nearby stables are available for anyone keen to explore the beautiful countryside on horse back. Or, you might like to try your hand at catching a whopper with fishing available locally.
Of course the Dales are an unbeatable landscapes for walkers, plus the North York Moors are also in reach, so those who love the outdoors will be in heaven. If you fancy uncovering the backdrops you've seen on TV, Heartbeat, Emmerdale and ITV's Victoria all have filming locations in reach.
