About Woodhouse Farm Holiday Park
A family owned holiday park, established for over 20 years, Woodhouse Farm is a holiday home, caravan and camping park with excellent facilities. The park welcomes well behaved dogs and provides a dedicated walking area for them. There are hardstanding and grass pitches available with and without electric hook ups but all benefiting from spacious fields and the shelter of perimeter trees. For those who don't want to pitch a tent, there are eight timber camping pods in their own private area. These are truly a taste of luxury for glampers, with lighting and heating inside to keep everyone cosy. Finally, there are a selection of new and pre-owned holiday homes available on site.

The site facilities include hot showers available 24 hrs a day with modern toilets and clean toilets, plus baby changing rooms. There is a laundry room for guests. The site also offers two fishing lakes, 2 children's play forts and a play barn with a climbing wall, table tennis, pool table and foosball. There is a licensed restaurant and shop selling groceries and camping gas. A 2 acre walk for exercising your dog is available and there dogs are permitted to be off the lead

Each pitch is approximately 8.5 metres x 12 metres and there is enough room to park your car alongside.
25 x Electric Hardstanding Pitches
Pitches available for both tourers and motorhomes located on two large fields with views across open countryside. Each pitch is spacious with an electric and enough room for a full size awning and parking for one car.

Site rules and policies
As tent sizes are getting larger we do request that you advise us of the size at time of booking to ensure we comply with safety regulations.
We do not allow gazebos on the park. Safety gaps must be maintained at all times. The lighting of fires is strictly prohibited.
Things to do on site and in the Ripon area
On site there are two fishing lakes (which are free to use) and a great place to relax and see what you can catch. There are two well stocked fishing lakes at Woodhouse Farm, both offering a quiet location. Fish include Carp, Rudd, Chubb, Roach and Perch. The main lake is situated at the top of the dog walk and the small lake is behind the sheep meadow in front of the woodland.
Not only that but the open spaces of the park are often used for football, rounders and cricket, a great place to get active.
There's a fantastic cycle track around the park - ideal for children- and many beautiful woodland walks.
Nearby attractions include:
- Brimham Rocks- a group of unusual rock formations with stunning views.
- Lightwater Valley- a theme park for all the family.
- Ripon Cathedral- a historical beauty from 672 with lovely medieval carvings.
- Malham Tarn- a nature reserve close to caves worth exploring.
