About the site

Sit back and unwind in the Ouse Valley in this quiet and secluded dog friendly, especially for adults only. With plenty of walks nearby through fields and woodland, this is a great spot for relaxing. There are just ten pitches, three of which are on hardstanding and seven which are on reinforced grass. They all come with 16 amp electric hook up, allow up to two people and measure a spacious 8m x 8m for caravans and motorhomes only. Fancy exploring nearby? Discover the popular city of York and visit gardens, pretty shops, Castle Howard's ruin walls or the dungeon...if you dare! Guests can also reach York and Selby easily by bus, as there is a bus stop right by the entrance. Up to two dogs are allowed per night at no additional cost, and they will love walking in nearby woodlands. Campfires and BBQs are not permitted, sorry.

The vibrant city of York is just a 15 minute drive away and is popular for river cruises, shopping on The Shambles and generally strolling around. Don't miss Castle Howard's city walls or a tour around the dungeon too!

Pay a visit to Burnby Hall Gardens (30 minutes) and discover the Secret Garden and Victorian Garden whilst strolling by the lakes. The Yorkshire Wolds Railway is also close by (40 minutes) and will take you meandering through some stunning countryside.
