Surrounded by nine acres of unspoilt meadows and greenery, Comforts Farm places campers close to Newport's centre in a family friendly atmosphere with no hidden extras in the price. Pets allowed.
The site is set just over two miles from the yachting Mecca of Cowes as well as being a very popular base for festival goers looking for the best of both worlds. It's also a great base for exploring the island as the main bus route is only a half mile walk from the main gate. The 9-acre site has 50 pitches (27 with electric hook-up) and is flanked by ancient woodland. Your four legged friends need not miss out either - as long as they're kept on leads.
Open from 1 May to 31 August
All electric hook-up pitches are wide enough to take a large tent or caravan and awning.
Pitches onsite without electric.

Dogs are allowed but must be on a lead and under control at all times. There is a dedicated paddock for dog walking & toileting near the main camping field.
No ground fires. All fire MUST be in a purpose built fireproof container and be a minimum of 300mm from ground level (insurance stipulation).
No unnecessary noise after 10pm.
You don't have to travel far to get to the action, whether you're admiring the yachts at Cowes whilst enjoying some lunch or heading to Newport's bustling centre.
Nature lovers should head to Newtown National Nature Reserve while those looking to soak up some history should arrive in time for the weekend to explore Carisbrooke Castle.
The island is a haven for beachgoers, with plenty of gorgeous sandy stretches in easy driving distance and stellar options for families such as the wild things at the Isle of Wight Zoo, Monkey Haven and the rides at Blackgang Chine.
