About the site
20 minutes from Ramsgate, with an aqua park on the doorstep of the site, guests can enjoy action-packed days with wakeboarding, an inflatable obstacle course, ringo rides, open water swims, yoga sessions, and sauna or cold plunge experiences! Evenings can be spent listening to live music at the onsite restaurant or lighting up a BBQ under the stars. The site offers 23 electric grass pitches with a 16 amp hook up suitable for touring caravans, campervans, motorhomes, trailer tents, and tents. Awnings, gazebos, and pup tents are permitted. For a more luxurious stay, guests can choose the two-bedroom ensuite lodges, sleeping up to six. One room features a double bed, and the other features twin beds. The lounge has a sofa bed and TV, adjacent to a fully-equipped kitchenette with a fridge and freezer. Bedding is provided, but guests are expected to bring their own towels. 20 minutes away is the cathedral city, Canterbury, or venture to seaside town Margate, where you'll find a sandy beach and an amusement park with vintage rides. Up to four friendly dogs are allowed to join the grass pitches. Sorry, lodges are pet free. BBQs and campfires are allowed, as long as they are raised off the ground.

Site rules and policies
* Check-in for camping and touring is from 10:30am until 9:30pm. Departure must be before 10am.
* Check-in for onsite accommodation is from 3pm until 9pm. Departure must be before 11am.
* Up to four dogs are permitted on the grass pitches. Dogs are not permitted if staying in a lodge.
* Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
* Facilities and activities, including the aqua park, watersports, are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.
* The sauna (and/or hammam) is open between 16/01 and 20/12.
* Swimming in the lake is allowed.
