Lucketts is a small but perfectly formed, Camping and Caravanning Club Certificated Site, for members only. Set near two of the essential ingredients of your Isle of Wight break - the ferry from the mainland to Yarmouth and the isle's pretty coastline.

About the site

Family run and relaxed, this site has just 15 pitches in total across a spacious and flat grass site. Pitches aren't marked out, so you have the freedom to choose a spot that suits and get the holiday going. Well behaved pets are welcome to join you.

Open from 1 May to 31 October.

There is a bus stop directly outside the site entrance. The Horse and Groom is just one mile from site. Shops and restaurants are a few minutes' drive from base or you can head to Newport (10 miles) for a wider selection.

A note from the site themselves...

We are a friendly, family run site.on the western side of the Island. We live adjacent to the site, so always on hand if needed.

We offer very clean and spacious toilets and showers which are checked regularly each day.. These are new blocks for 2022..

We look forward to welcoming you to our Campsite and wish you a very happy holiday..

Things to do on site and in the Yarmouth area

Thanks to the handy bus stop, you can leave the car at base and get down to some serious exploring. Handy connections will take you to local towns and villages to have a delicious lunch or a good browse of the shops.

The island is known for being great for families and a big part of that is its exciting family theme parks (nip west to hit The Needles for both an iconic landmark and some rides for the kids), castles (Yarmouth Castle is great for a picnic) and glorious beaches.
