A note from the site themselves...
We had a family wedding here in 2022, and after a beautiful day and many guests telling us we should share the location and views with everyone,e that is what we are aiming to do.
It is located on our working family farm in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, which has been passed from generation to generation. If you're lucky, you will be able to see the sheep and lambs in and around the campsite.

Literally booked this 10 minutes before leaving to collect a tent we just purchased, arrived and tried the number but no reply, so started to pitch the tent the owners came over introduced herself and was every helpful with places to eat and buy supplies.
The site is on top of the hill, we picked a slight dip in the field, which was perfect the views are immense. We picked the wettest and windiest days to stay, but the tent held up well, considering it was our first use of it. Vango Icarus in 28mph winds and heavy consistent rain for those who want to know.
The only slightly down side was the wind turbine going all night whoosh whoosh whoosh, but you get used to it. Other than that lovely site, amenities were basic but clean and there were lovely views. Drive to the farm has some rough bits, but nothing the Volvo v50 couldn't handle. Lots of sheep and cows to see.
Welcoming and peaceful
