Sitting between Polegate and Eastbourne, East Sussex, and near the South Downs, this tranquil rustic farm is the place to experience the stunning beauty of the British countryside. Fuss-free, this caravan site features a meadow with plenty of space and offers non electric grass camping and touring pitches both with and without electric. To save you the hassle, there are also fantastic static caravans available onsite, each with two bedrooms, a cosy lounge area and a kitchenette. Pitch up in your motorhome or caravan with fantastic Sussex wildlife right on your doorstep. Walk or cycle the endless nature trails nearby such as the popular Cuckoo Trail, go fishing or take a dip in the sea. There's something for everyone! Dogs are welcome.
Open from 1 April to 31 October Please note that the site is not accepting tent camping due to COVID-19 restrictions.
There is a heated shower block, hairdryers plus a shaving point in the men's bathroom and a washing up area.
There is small onsite shop selling basic essentials. The site is 1.5 miles away from Hailsham and Polegate that offer shops and restaurants.

Site rules and policies
Arrival/Departure times:
You may check in from 2pm in the touring fields and from 4pm in Static Caravans. All pitches must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure unless by prior arrangement - a surcharge will apply/subject to availability.
The Main Gate is Locked between 11pm - 8am Access: The entrance barrier will be locked between the hours of 11pm and 8am allowing pedestrian access only.
Fires:
Open fires are not permitted.
Things to do on site and in the Hailsham area
This camping and caravan site in East Sussex is all about location. The market towns of Hailsham and Polegate (national rail links) are the nearest, only 1.5 miles away.
Hop on your bicycle and pedal traffic-free for 14 miles, or perhaps take a gentle stroll towards the South Downs newest National Park, an ideal opportunity to ponder the amazing views, digest the local tea rooms and the delightful traditional pubs.
