About the site
Hartington Hills is a touring and camping site with a variety of glamping and holiday accommodation in the heart of the Peak District National Park, offering top tier facilities and warm, bubbly hospitality. Nestled between Hulme End and the picturesque village of Hartington, where the Staffordshire Moorlands meet the Derbyshire Dales, this site offers a rural retreat with breathtaking 360° panoramic views. Ideally located at the heart of the Southern Peak District, guests can easily explore the region`s top attractions and beauty spots. The four major market towns - Bakewell, Ashbourne, Leek, and Buxton - are all within 25 minutes away, while Chatsworth House and Matlock lie just 30 minutes away. The site itself features 25 fully serviced touring pitches, 15 electric tent pitches and a glamping yurt with hot tub. The onsite shop sells essentials for your stay and there are even hens and miniature shetland ponies onsite. There is also a holiday cottage with a hot tub and two rental caravans onsite.

Pitches that are 50:50 hardstanding and grass. These include a 16-Amp hook-up, water tap and a grey waste disposal point at the rear of the pitch.

Tent pitches with 10-Amp electric hook-up, set around the perimeter of the main camping area. These are 30m square and will need to accommodate your tent with guy ropes and car.
