About the site

Located in the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Incledon Farm is a true rural delight. Campers have been welcome at the farm for over forty years. The two camping fields - The Platt and The Meadow give fantastic rural views and the chance to enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside. Featuring grass pitches for all sizes of tents and tourers, with both electric and non-electric available. Incledon Farm is a family run working farm. Guests enjoy seeing the farm and animals in the fields around, including the growing flock of prize-winning pedigree British Berrichon Sheep. Chickens are free to roam around the whole farm and may make an appearance in the camping fields at times! Impromptu games of rounders, football and cricket often take place on the meadow, providing a great opportunity to meet new people.

Incledon Farm Camping is open from 17/04 to 28/09 in 2025 and from 03/04 to 29/09 in 2026.

Site facilities include three men's toilets and four urinals, plus five ladies toilets and one unisex toilet. There are ten showers which are free to use.

There are many taps with drinking water around the site too. The site has a kettle and a freezer available for campers to use, plus a washing up area.

In the village of Georgeham, just a five minute stroll away, there is a post office, shop selling local products and essentials, a quaint church, and two village pubs, The Kings Arms and The Rock.

Dogs are welcome, but due to other animals being on the site, please do keep them on a lead. You can bring up to two dogs per pitch.

A note from the site themselves...

Incledon Farm has been welcoming guests for over 50 years and across 3 generations of the family. We are tucked away in the tranquil village of Georgeham and within walking distance of 2 great pubs and a village shop.

The campsite is nestled between fields of livestock so you will often get a glimpse of some of our animals as you pass through our yard. We really enjoy meeting new guests and welcoming back seasoned visitors who become friends. It really is a beautiful part of the country and we enjoy sharing this with others- especially the dark and starry skies on a clear night!

Things to do on site and in the Braunton area

Walkers will enjoy the fantastic South West Coast Path, just a few minutes away from the site. The nearby Tarka Trail is popular with cyclists. Some of the country's best surfing beaches - Woolacombe, Putsborough, Croyde and Saunton Sands - are nearby and popular with new and experience surfers. Golfers will enjoy the Saunton Golf Club and Ilfracombe, both just a few minutes up the road.

Braunton is just a fifteen minute drive away, and packed with surf and skate shops and a skate park.

Pretty coastal villages of Clovelly and Lynmouth are just a short drive away and perfect to spend a relaxing afternoon in, or further afield is the busy town of Barnstable and its retail offerings.
