If you're looking for a quiet site within easy reach of the Somerset coast, then this could be the ideal location for you. This family friendly site is set in 15 acres of picturesque countryside, just 10 minutes from Weston-super-Mare and 40 minutes from the bustling city of Bristol. The site has a total of 75 pitches, welcoming tents, tourers and motorhomes. Pitch types include both non electric grass and hardstanding pitches, electric grass pitches and fully serviced hardstanding pitches which come with electric, water and drains. For days out, Wookey Hole Caves are just a 40 minute drive, or the famous village of Cheddar is just 20 minutes away, perfect for cheese lovers, or walkers who want to explore the gorge. BBQs are welcome, but disposable BBQs and campfires are not allowed. Dogs are welcome.

Things to do on site and in the Weston Super Mare area

The site is ideally located just ten minutes from Weston-super-Mare, making it a great location for a beach holiday. Head to the pier and play mini golf and enjoy arcade games, or just relax on the beach and enjoy watersports or a donkey ride.

Other nearby beaches include Sandy Bay (15 minutes), Marine Lake Beach (15 minutes) and Brean Beach (30 minutes).

You are also within easy reach of Bristol (35 minutes) which makes for the perfect day out. Stroll the cobbled streets and enjoy a day of shopping, visiting cafes or enjoying the city's history. Head to Bristol Aquarium to see the fishes and underwater creatures, or go to Bristol Zoo Gardens and meet the endangered species.

One of the biggest attractions in the area is Wookey Hole (40 minutes), known for its legends, caves and enchanted valley. Here you can enjoy historic tours, adventure golf, a cave diving museum, a 4D cinema and much more!

If you're a keen golfer, there are also multiple courses nearby - Worlebury Golf Club (10 minutes), Weston-super-Mare Golf Club (10 minutes) and Bleadon Hill Golf Course (15 minutes).

Finally, for something a bit different, you're only five minutes from The Helicopter Museum where you can book your own flight over Somerset. Or, visit Gough's Cave (25 minutes) and see the spectacular limestone cave with underground rivers flowing through.
