Enjoy exploring both Devon and Dorset, sitting close to the county border and just five minutes from Lyme Regis and the Jurassic Coast. Surrounded by countryside, the park offers a relaxed setting, with easy access to beaches, coastal walks and family attractions. A range of grass pitches are available, all measuring 10m x 10m, simple choose from non electric or electric pitches. There is also a quieter adult only section for guests aged 18 and over who are looking for a more peaceful stay. For roof tents, trailer tents, campervans, caravans, and motorhomes, the park offers a selection of hardstanding pitches (10m x 10m). Prime Location hardstanding pitches are well spaced out around the edge of the park for added privacy, while Prime Location Family hardstanding pitches are conveniently positioned opposite the children's play area. There is plenty to keep everyone entertained onsite. Families can enjoy the large children's playground, while guests of all ages can challenge each other to a round of crazy golf. A dedicated charging and WiFi area is also available for staying connected. The surrounding area is packed with places to explore. Discover Lyme Regis (5 minutes) with its famous harbour, sandy beach and fossil-rich shoreline. Charmouth, around 15 minutes away, is another favourite for fossil hunting and coastal walks. The Seaton Tramway is just ten minutes from the park, offering scenic journeys through the Axe Valley! Dogs are welcome too, with up to two dogs permitted per pitch. A dedicated dog walking area gives four-legged friends space to stretch their legs after a day of exploring the coast and countryside. For outdoor cooking, BBQs are welcome as long as they are raised off the ground. Please note, open fires are not permitted.

Shrubbery Touring Park was established in 1966 by Stan Carter. Since then, it has remained family-owned and operated. The park is supported by a welcoming team dedicated to making every guest's stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Things to do on site and in the Lyme Regis area

Just five minutes away, Lyme Regis is one of the most popular destinations on the Jurassic Coast. This charming seaside town is famous for its beach, historic harbour and fossil-rich shore. You can stroll along the Cobb harbour and watch fishing boats come and go.

The beach is perfect for relaxing, paddling or hunting for ancient fossils. While in town, visitors can also explore the Dinosaurland Fossil Museum, which houses an impressive collection of fossils, skeletons and prehistoric displays.

Another favourite spot for fossil hunters is Charmouth, just 15 minutes from the park. Many visitors enjoy searching the shoreline for fossils, but you can also visit the Charmouth Heritage Coast Centre with guided walks available.

The Seaton Tramway is only ten minutes away. This heritage narrow-gauge tramway runs through the Axe Valley, carrying passengers between Seaton, Colyford and Colyton. The journey passes wetlands, rivers and countryside scenery.

History and adventure combine at Beer Quarry Caves, around 15 minutes from the park. These vast man-made caverns were created through centuries of quarrying and have a history stretching back to Roman times.
