Stonebridge Fishing Lakes is a tranquil escape in Yorkshire with idyllic coarse fishing lakes. There are a handful of electric grass pitches for tourers only, as well as several bell tents some of which have waterside settings. Set in 55 acres and ideally located between two National Parks, this is a great base for families or couples looking to unwind or explore Yorkshire's countryside and coast.

About the site
An intimate, family-run campsite set between two National Parks with peaceful onsite coarse fishing lakes. This is a great choice for anyone looking to unwind at the water's edge. There are just four grass pitches with 16 amp electric, suitable for caravans, campervans and motorhomes only and each welcoming up to five people with dogs welcome. There are then six glamping bell tents, White Owl, Sgt. Pepper, Dreamcatcher, De Soleil, Rainbow Trout and Brown Trout. White Owl, Rainbow Trout and Brown Trout sleep two adults and two children, the rest sleep four on comfy double beds. Linen and towels are not provided. Coarse fishing for two included in the price. All have an adjacent private 'breakfast tent' complete with comfy seating, a kettle, BBQ and small hot plate. There's additional seating outside and fire pits are also provided. They all have views over the picturesque lake and as well as this, Dreamcatcher, De Soleil and Rainbow Trout are set on raised private decking's. Please note, children under the age of 8 are not allowed in glamping accommodation. Dogs are welcome only on the grass touring pitches and in Rainbow Trout and Brown Trout. They are not permitted in the other bell tents.
The site is open all year round for touring, bell tents are available from April to September.

What time is check-in and check out at Stonebridge Fishing Lakes?
For touring stays, check-in is between noon - 7pm and check out is by noon. For bell tents, its 2pm - 7pm, departure by 11am.
Is Stonebridge Fishing Lakes dog-friendly?
There are two dog friendly bell tents available, Brown Trout and Rainbow Trout, but the rest are dog free. Dogs are allowed on the touring pitches. Please keep dogs on the lead and supervised at all times.
Does Stonebridge Fishing Lakes allow BBQs and campfires?
Both campfires and BBQs are permitted but they must only be used when raised off the ground.

For the grass touring pitches, one awning is allowed per pitch. Gazebos and pup tents are not permitted.

Facilities
Can I fish in the lake at Stonebridge Fishing Lakes?
Yes fishing is more than welcome onsite but you must have a license to do so. Day tickets can be bought for £8 and the lakes are open from 8am-7pm. Only coarse fishing rods and poles are allowed and only two can be in use per person at any given time. There is also an onsite tackle and bait shop!
