This family-run the site adjoins a 14th century working farm and farmhouse. The three acre level access site has both grass and hardstanding pitches, all of which back onto hedgerows for some tranquillity and privacy. A great base for exploring Devon's lovely coastlines.

A quiet family-run site is a lovely rural retreat and with easy access to Exmouth's golden sand beaches, as well as the rest of the Devon coasts, Browns Farm is sure to provide something for everyone. There are both grass and hardstanding pitches available, some with a 16 amp electric hook-up and water access. There are also a range of hardstanding pitches, some without electric, others with a 16 amp hook up and water access, as well as a grass area nearby. There are four fully serviced hardstanding pitches too. This rural site is a lovely escape for those wanting to get out in nature, being so close to Dartmoor National Park. This is also a great holiday for you and your four-legged pals as dogs are welcome on site.

Lovely campsite. Very peaceful, very little road noise, only the birds and the farm animals 👍 Flat pitches and plenty of room. Dog friendly. Only one shower each for men and women and although lovely and hot, quite tricky to maintain temperature but only away for weekend, so not a problem. Will definitely stay again.

Thank you for your review. We have four showers on site . Two additional showers are situated at the rear of the laundry room. To maintain an even flow it is advisable to select your temperature prior to entering the shower and not to make adjustments whilst in there as this will cause an inconsistent flow. We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay and look forward to your next visit.

Lovely quiet surroundings and good facilities overall, although the hairdryer in the ladies' did not work. The 1st road to get to the campsite was a bit hairy - very narrow - used the sat-nav, Brown's Farm said the 2nd road after was a lot better and I used it from then on. It would have been better if this instruction had been sent with instructions from campsite. Caravan would have had great difficulty getting through if they used the 1st road. If you know the area, it's ok, but I did not. Unfortunately, it rained for most of the time I was there but the hardstanding was brilliant. The owner was extremely helpful.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The hairdryer is in good working order, unfortunately it had been switched off at the main switch so problem easily solved. We advise all guests to use the directions given and not to rely on sat nav .

Very nice site. Clean and tidy. Farmer greeted us when we arrived showed us the facilities, if we ever wanna go for a short break in the area again we will definitely use it again.
