Eden Tree Caravan Park is a family friendly camping and touring site in Hope Valley of the Peak District. The site offers sheltered grass pitches for tents and tourers, as well as hardstanding pitches, both with optional electric. The park is set on the outskirts of the villages of Bradwell and Hope, with a country pub and handy shop within a ten minute walk. For days out, Chatsworth House, Peak Cavern and Buxton are within 25 minutes!

About the site

The site is a good base for exploring, set in the heart of the Peak District and only ten minutes from Peveril Castle, Ladybower Reservoir, Peak Cavern and Mam Tor. There are plenty of hikes of varying difficulty heading into the Peaks, but if you're looking to stay close to the site, the Bradwell and Brough Lane Circular (15 minute walk away) is a great option. The site offers sheltered grass pitches with optional electric hook ups suitable for tents, trailer tents, campervans, motorhomes and touring caravans. As well as hardstanding pitches with optional electric for campervans, motorhomes and touring caravans. There are seasonal pitches and static caravans onsite. Head out exploring in all weather without a worry, knowing that there are laundry facilities back at the site to take care of those muddy or damp trouser legs! Dogs are welcome to join you in your stay, with up to two pups permitted per pitch. In the evening, cook up a delicious BBQ, just please ensure it is raised off the ground. Do note, open fires are not permitted.

There is a toilet and hot shower block with an indoor washing up area and a small laundry room. There is also WiFi available upon request, along with Calor gas.

The closest shop to the site is a Co-Op Food, a ten minute walk or less than five minute drive. The Ye Olde Bowling Green Inn is the closest pub, a ten minute walk away, serving food and drink from Wednesday to Sunday. The Travellers Rest is also within a 20 minute stroll.

Site rules and policies

*All prices include two people and one car.

*The earliest arrival is noon and the latest arrival is Sunday 5pm, Monday to Thursday 7pm Friday 8pm Saturday 7 pm.

*Pitches are to be vacated by noon on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed with the wardens.

*A deposit is equal to the first night's stay, payable at the time of booking, with the balance due a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival.

*The site will only take bookings for a minimum of two nights over weekends

Things to do on site and in the Bradwell area

The site is located in the Peak District National Park, where there are lots of walks, hikes, scrambling groups, cycle paths and wildlife tours.

Just a ten minute drive from the site is Peveril Castle, where, once you have climbed to the top, there are scenic views to take in from all angles. Whilst there, you can visit the Cave Dale, a popular hiking area with more great views and Peak Cavern, the largest natural cave entrance in the British Isles where you can take guided tours.

At Chatsworth House (25 minutes), you can tour the many historic rooms, galleries and lush gardens. For the kids, there is the Chatsworth Farmyard and Adventure Playground where you can meet farm animals and explore the woodland play area.

If you're looking to explore the local area, the Bradwell and Brough Lane Circular is an almost 5km route lasting approximately an hour and 45 minutes. The start of which is just a 15 minute walk from the park.
