Mooreacres is an idyllic site, just south of picturesque Hatfield, with easy access to the Hatfield Moors, a biological site of Special Scientific Interest. There's plenty of beautiful views and wildlife to explore. Tourers and trailer tents can pitch on non electric and electric grass pitches, or opt for the cosy ensuite pod sleeping four. There are excellent surrounding activities, from trips to Doncaster (20 minutes) to Go Ape (30 minutes).

About the site


This secluded site is nestled just outside of the town of Hatfield, next to a site of Special Scientific Interest, the Hatfield Moors. This stunning area of wildlife is filled with breathtaking views and is perfect for exploring. Being a small campsite, this is an ideal location for those looking for peace and quiet with picturesque views. Tourers and trailer tents can choose between one of the site's five 9m x 10m non electric grass pitches, or five electric hardstanding pitches with a 16 amp electric hook up, each for up to four guests. Or, you can opt for the cosy ensuite Daisy glamping pod, sleeping four with a double bed, double sofa bed, and kitchenette that offers a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Surrounding countryside walks ensure a lovely getaway for everyone, including those keen to bring along their furry friends, with dogs welcome on the grass pitches.

Yes, dogs are permitted onsite, excluding the bell tent. The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).

Check-in is between noon and 8:30pm and departure is due before 11am.
