About the site
Great for families and couples, this relaxed seaside site offers a peaceful base for exploring Devon. It's just a 15 minute walk from The Donkey Sanctuary and only a te -minute drive to Sidmouth and the Jurassic Coast, with Seaton and Beer also within 15 minutes for days out. The non electric grass pitches sit in the meadow and are for tents up to 7m x 4m. Or, there are electric grass pitches with water hook-ups, suitable for tents, caravans, campervans and trailer tents up to 9m x 9m. There are also electric hardstanding pitches, located around the park and meadow areas. These are ideal for caravans, campervans and trailer tents, and include both electric and water hook-ups, ideal for stays in all weathers. In addition to touring and camping, the park also offers static caravan accommodation and seasonal pitches for guests looking to stay for longer periods. Around the site, there's plenty to enjoy. Optional WiFi is available, and guests can have fun on the putting green, badminton area or table tennis table. Picnic benches are dotted around the park, and a small shop and reception are open daily for essentials. Dogs are very welcome, with up to two allowed per pitch. The fully enclosed dog exercise field is a real highlight, giving dogs space to run freely while owners relax on a bench with lovely views. For safety, open fires are not allowed on site. BBQs are welcome as long as they are kept raised off the ground.

Four touring pitches, a minimum 3 night stay is required at bank holidays and 7 nights stay for the Sidmouth Folk Festival.
Check in is from 2.00pm and 5.30pm. Late arrivals to contact the duty warden prior to 8.00pm.
Check out is by 12 noon.
Dogs to be kept on a lead at all times.
Noise levels to be kept to a minimum between 10.30pm and 9.00am.
