About the site
Located in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside, this park provides a tranquil escape for all. It's in a prime location, just off the York A1237 outer ring road. You're just a 20 minute walk from the pretty local village of Askham Bryan and a 15 minute drive from the city of York. Once a plant nursery, the park is home to several lovely trees that have matured, creating a stunning and peaceful place for your holiday. Welcoming RVs, caravans, motorhomes, campervans and trailer tents, the site offers a selection of standard and fully serviced hardstanding pitches. These are located in an open field with some privacy and shelter. The fully serviced, super-hardstanding pitches measure 10m wide and feature electric, drainage, and water. Two luxurious Studio Pod Cabins are also available onsite, providing all you need for a comfortable stay. The fully self-contained accommodations include a pull-down double bed, a single bed, a bunk bed with a removable ladder, an ensuite bathroom, an equipped kitchenette with a hob, and a TV. Outside, there is your own private decking with outdoor seating and a BBQ stand available for hire There is also a heated converted horsebox that sleeps up to two with a double bed over the cab, accessed by a ladder. Inside, there is a sofa, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchenette with a four ring hob, a fridge and a microwave. Outside is a decked area with seating. Bedding and tea towels are provided. You'll also receive a complimentary welcome basket on arrival, including tea, coffee, milk and hot chocolate. Up to two dogs are permitted per pitch, but sorry, no dogs in any of the glamping units.
