About the site

Nestled between Buxton and Bakewell, this back-to-basics site overlooks panoramic views of Miller's Dale. Spend a slow morning at the Cow Shed Café for breakfast and evenings at the bar for a refreshing drink. There are regularly scheduled events and weekend evening entertainment, such as meals, karaoke and live music performances, so there's always something happening. There is a selection of non electric grass pitches suited for tents and campervans with easy access to facilities. A bunkhouse lodge is available, sleeping up to sixteen, with a well-equipped kitchen and wood-fired stove. A cosy shepherd's hut for two offers a double bed and a camper's kitchen for guests to enjoy. Warm yourselves up by the fire pit (additional wood can be purchased at the shop) or venture out to the River Wye for an evening stroll. Please note that if the ground is too dry, the site will not allow fire pits or BBQs. The campsite and café are dog friendly, so be sure to bring your four-legged friends along!

We love the combination of running both our farm and the campsite. It's lovely to see everyone sat round their fire pits and enjoying their bbq's on the campsite, and we look forward to welcoming all visitors, both old and new, David

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Campervan PitchesSep 2025

Despite the fierce weather the night of our stay, we loved our time at Beltonville Farm! The whole set up is excellent including the fabulous Cow Shed. The 80s band was an unexpected but brilliant part of our experience - the atmosphere of the evening was fab. Otherwise, facilities were clean and well stocked and the views were to die for (the next day when the sun came out!). Thank you all at Beltonville Farm- we will be back!

VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Campervan PitchesSep 2025

We booked in at short notice - staff were flexible and helpful. Toilets and showers were spotlessly clean at all times (you need £1 coins for a shower but it gives 4 minutes of hot water in return). There are probably great views in good weather - sadly we were there in the rain. The site is exposed to the wind, so campers need to be mindful of that when pitching.
