About the site
A peaceful family friendly site set on a working dairy farm, this camping and touring site is a great choice for those looking to escape to the Peak District. It's set adjacent to the High Peak trail, which leads into the Tissington Trail after three miles, known to provide some of the best trails for hikers and cyclists. There are non electric and electric grass pitches for tents only, as well as fully serviced grass pitches for tents, caravans and tourers and fully serviced hardstanding pitches for campervans, motorhomes and tourers. The electric hook up is 16 amp, and fully serviced pitches come complete with electric, water hook up and drainage. Sit back and relax on the farm and remember to say hello to the farm animals, including Ralph the goat! Grab an artisan ice cream with a great range of flavours, if you can't decide, sample a flavour first! Dogs are welcome onsite just please keep them on the lead at all times unless in the onsite enclosed dog exercise area. Campfires, BBQs and fire pits are allowed, just please make sure they are raised off the ground so to not damage the grass.
