About the site
This site is the ideal caravan and camping park, set in one of the most unspoilt parts of North Devon. If you are looking for peace, natural beauty, and a great place to relax then this is the site for you. What's more, Braunton is just a 20 minute walk away and Saunton Sands Beach is a five minute drive!
The park has 137 electric grass pitches and 17 non electric grass pitches. All grass pitches are suitable for tents, campervans, caravans and trailer tents, whilst the electric grass pitches are also suitable for motorhomes and have a 16 amp electric hook up.
There are also 21 hardstanding pitches with 16 amp electric hook up, which are suitable for caravans, campervans, motorhomes and RVs.
From a food truck serving up tasty dinners on Fridays and Saturdays to the children's play park, there is plenty on site to keep the whole family entertained.
For those after dinner al fresco, gas and charcoal BBQs are permitted, please just make sure they are raised off the ground. Open fires are not allowed.
This site is perfect for pups, with up to three dogs allowed per pitch and an onsite dog walking area!
Lobb Fields Caravan and Camping Park is open from 21/03 to 02/11.
Park facilities include modern amenities blocks with toilets, hot showers and little extras like hairdryers. There is also WiFi, freezer packs, Calor gas exchange, and a laundry room (extra cost) with washing machines and tumble dryers. Two EV chargers are available too. There is a play park for children under 12, plus a dedicated dog walk area.
There are visiting food trucks serving dinner options on Fridays and Saturdays. There is also a small onsite shop selling sandwiches, pasta, pastries, for those looking to stay on site for lunch.
For grabbing the essentials, the nearest shop is Pixie Dell Stores which is a ten minute walk and there is also a Co-op a 25 minute walk away. Braunton is also within a 25 minute walk and has a whole host of great pubs, shops and restaurants including Squires, a popular fish and chip shop!

Great site and facilities for visiting North Devon.
Shower and toilet blocks were clean and well equipped with plenty of hot water. The dog walking areas were also great and staff we spoke to friendly and helpful.

Saunton Sands Beach (5 minutes) is one of the most spectacular beaches in the area, stretching for three miles with soft golden sand and rolling dunes. It's a fantastic spot for sunbathing, swimming, or surfing, with plenty of space to enjoy a peaceful walk along the shore.
Just behind the beach, Braunton Burrows (5 minutes) is a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, home to an incredible variety of plants, birds, and butterflies. The dunes here are great for walking, with trails that wind through the scenic landscape.
If you're looking for a family fun day out, The Big Sheep (30 minutes) is a popular attraction with everything from roller coasters and live sheep races to a brewery and gin distillery.
