About the site
Set over three acres of well-maintained grounds and by the River Bride, this site offers a peaceful place to get away, with the Jurassic Coast and its sandy beaches just a short five minute drive away! Enjoy farmland and countryside views, starry night skies and an abundance of nature on your doorstep. Campers and tourers can pitch up on the lower meadow non electric grass pitches, measuring 10m x 10m, or one of the electric grass pitches with 10 amp hook ups. You can also opt for one of the five electric gravel pitches, suitable for roof tents, trailer tents, motorhomes, caravans and campervans, also with a 10 amp hook up. Beyond the park, you will find the charming village of Burton Bradstock, less than a 20 minute walk away, offering traditional pubs, a couple of shops and scenic riverside walks. Just ten minutes further is Hive Beach, with access to the South West Coast Path and the award-winning Hive Beach Cafe. Guests are welcome to use the facilities at nearby Highlands End Holiday Park, including a swimming pool, sauna and steam room, a bar and restaurant, children's soft play and a foot golf course. Raised BBQs and fires are permitted only. Please note that open fires are allowed in raised fire pits and must use smokeless fuel. BBQs and fires are also not permitted in hot and dry weather. Up to two dogs are welcome onsite, with a spacious dedicated dog walking field for them to enjoy off-lead exercise.
