Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Apr 2025
Lovely spacious electric hook up pitch - all pitches are close to the the toilet block, park and shop. They are relatively flat and we could see members of staff maintaining these throughout our stay (cutting grass etc).
The toilets/showers were cleaned regularly and had free use of hairdryers!
The shop was small but had the essentials you need. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I liked that in the shop you can get printed copies of different walks to do from the site. We did the 2.5 mile trail and 5 mile trail, the directions were really easy to follow and the walks really good. There are a couple of pubs close by, we spent a lot of time walking to the pub in Biggin, other than that I would say if you need a bigger village/town you would need to drive.
Great stay!!
The park maybe needs a sign pointing up the hill to show where the reception is to check in. I had to ask another guest where this was and then somebody else asked me.
Good location

Single Axle Caravan - Electric Hardstanding Caravan PitchesApr 2025
Great location, friendly staff, modern clean shower block. However, as a tourer, I felt I wasn't their target audience, half the tourer area was full of the outdated park homes they were moving off site, which made it feel more like a storage area than a campsite.
Several water stand pipes were either switched off or not working, making it a longer walk for water.
