About Silver Sands Holiday Park
Silver Sands Holiday Park offers you a choice of camping and touring pitches in a mature parkland setting in Cornwall. Set in the dramatic and beautiful countryside of the Lizard Peninsula, an area of outstanding natural beauty, the holiday park is ideal for families, couples and singles alike, whether you want "away from it all" relaxation or a more active sightseeing and touring holiday in Cornwall. Silver Sands is a small family run holiday park and understands how important the little touches are in making your holiday experience a truly good one. Nick and Kell Whittle look forward to extending a warm welcome to you. Static caravans and lodges are also available.
Grass pitches are available from Easter to October. On site accommodation is open all year.
Site facilities include a toilet block offering showers, a family toilet and shower room, and washing up area for campers. Freezers are also onsite for guest useage. A laundrette with washing machines and tumble dryers is available, as are multiple play areas, BBQ area, and information hut.
For children, there is a sand pit, a play area, a separate play area for under 6's and an open grassy area where ball games can be played. The site has a 1 acre field for you to exercise your dogs. There is electric car charging available for an additional fee.

A further large field with summer camping pitches (10m x 9m). Suitable for tents, trailer tents and small campervans. These pitches don't have shrub divisions and are located about a 5 minute walk away from the facilities.
15 x Electric Grass Pitches
Max 6 people
Grass pitches with 10amp electric hook up, suitable for tents, trailer tents and small campervans. Pitches are between 8.5m x 8.5m and 10m x 10m.
7 x Serviced Grass Touring Pitches
Max 6 people
Serviced grass pitches including 10amp electric hook up and dedicated water connection. Pitches are approximately 8m x 10m.
8 x Hardstanding Fully Serviced Pitches
Max 6 people
Hardstanding fully serviced pitch with 16amp electric, water connection and grey water drainage. Hardstanding is in the middle on each pitch and grass on both sides. Pitches measure between 10m x 10m and 10m x 13m.

Lodge Carn Kennack is sited in the centre of a main field surrounded by hedges and trees enjoying a glimpse of Kennack Bay. Sleeps seven with a master with en-suite, 1 double bedroom, 1 small double with a triple sleeper bunk bed to sleep an extra child.

Our first time camping as a family which included 2 adults, 3 children and our 2 dogs and it was perfect. Silver Sands is clean, friendly and in a beautiful location, everything we could have wished for.
