A petite village set in the basin of a stunning valley, Hope lies at the heart of the Peak District and is the perfect country escape. You can keep things local with tasty produce at the village's artisan deli and browse its enchanting gallery. For history buffs, the remains of the Roman Fort of Navio are spread just outside the village. Hope campsites are particularly popular during the yearly beer festival and quirky well dressing each summer.
