About West Holme Glamping
This family friendly glampsite is nestled in a stunning 20 acres, offering plenty of space and privacy. Set on a working equestrian farm you can enjoy the surrounding countryside and spot some of the farms residents. Home to just four 5m bell tents, each fully furnished with solar powered electric. Each tent can sleep up to four people on a double air bed and optional two single air beds. There are cosy bean bags and you'll also have your own outdoor area with a dining table and chairs for four, a kettle, saucepans and crockery and cutlery and of course a BBQ! Ideal for alfresco dining and an evening in the countryside. Enjoy the idyllic location, only a 15 minute drive from the iconic Jurassic Coast with beaches such as Lulworth Cove and Worbarrow Beach within each reach. Sorry, no dogs are allowed. This is also a solar powered site.
Onsite facilities include three shared toilets and showers, a washing up area. Ice packs can be provided on request.
The nearest pub is a five minute drive away The Black Dog Inn and a five minute walk takes you to Holme Farm Shop selling local Dorset produce with a tea shop next door. Wareham is a ten minute drive from the site and has a selection of pubs, restaurants and shops including a Sainsburys.

Things to do on site and in the Wareham area
The Jurassic Coast offers some breathtaking scenery that is a must see. From the coastal path over the cliffs at Purbeck Heritage Coast (25 minutes) or the stunning beaches at Lulworth Cove (15 minutes) you can sit and relax or why walk along some of the long stretches of coastal paths.
For a touch of history and culture there are many castles and museums nearby. Visit Wimborne Model Town and Gardens (30 minutes) a 1/10 scale model of the 1950's town or Corfe Castle (10 minutes) a 1000 year old castle ruins offering stunning views over Dorset.
Looking for something to do with the family? Head to Dorset Adventure Park (15 minutes) for large inflatables on a small lake, great summer fun. Farmer Palmer's Farm Park (15 minutes) is also a lovely day out where kids can meet the animals, play in both indoor and outdoor areas and even has a seasonal maize maze!
