Tents and tourers can pitch up on one of the site's electric or non electric grass pitches, each spread across the Calshot spit meaning everyone enjoys panoramic views over the water. Guests can take part in multiple activities, from kayaking and paddleboarding to archery and rock climbing!

About Calshot Activities Centre
This campsite provides an ideal base to explore the New Forest, enjoy watersports, tour the Tudor castle or simply relax on the beach and watch the world, and boats, go by. Tents and tourers of up to 6m x 9m are welcome on any other site's non electric and electric pitches, all located over the Calshot spit. Guests can choose between the road and creek side, or Solent and beachside pitches with stunning views out onto the open water. For those seeking local activities and amenities, the campsite is situated within one of the largest outdoor activity centres in the UK which offers a variety of adventure sports and indoor and outdoor activities to suit everyone. Small BBQs are welcome, but must be raised off the ground and no wood burning fires are allowed. Dogs are allowed.
The creekside pitches are open all year. The beachside pitches are only available in the peak season.
Site facilities include toilets and showers, along with an onsite cafe and soft play. The site offers indoor activities such as a climbing wall and zip wire, along with outdoor activities such as sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing and paddlesports, all at an additional cost.
The nearest pub and shop to site are the Jolly Sailor and Premier Fawley Express, both a ten minute drive away.

Site rules and policies
Check-in is from 1pm. Check out is due at 11am on your final day.
Each pitch must be occupied by a Camping Access Pass holder
Units must not exceed 6m wide and 9m long and your camping unit, including any awnings, must fit within this space.
Things to do on site and in the Southampton area
Located in an outdoor activity centre, there is plenty onsite to keep you busy. In the Hangar you will find a wige range of indoor activities including a climbing wall, obstacle course, a slope for indoor skiing and an indoor velodrome.
If water sports are more your thing, there are sailing, windsurfing, paddlesports and powerboating lessons on offer, great for thrill seekers!
For those wanting a day out with the kids, Paultons Park Home of Peppa Pig World (30 minutes) is full of rides and attractions for hours of fun. You can ride on rollercoasters, meet the characters and even meet animals in the zoo.
The New Forest National Park (20 minutes) is great for those wanting to explore the outdoors. With stunning walking trails, great cycling trails and wonderful wildlife spotting opportunities, it is perfect for a day out in the open air.
