Enjoy a relaxed, family friendly setting, with grass pitches and luxury furnished bell tents. Enjoy meals and drinks at Bar Paradiso with a converted bus bar, breakfast and dinner options, plus live music on the weekends. A wild spa is also available as an extra, offering use of hot tubs and a sauna, with yoga and massages too!

About the site


Enjoy a fun-filled getaway at this summer, eco campsite. Unwind at Bar Paradiso with breakfast and dinner options, sip craft beer and wine in the evening, and listen to live music on the weekends. You can even book access to the wild spa with a sauna and hot tubs, plus daily yoga sessions from 9am to 10am! For tents, campervans and caravans, there non electric grass pitches. Each allows up to six guests, with great views across to Chew Valley Lake. The site also offers a selection of bell tents, each with proper metal frame beds, memory foam mattresses, Egyptian cotton bedding and towels. There are rugs and throws, along with bedside tables, battery powered lighting, fairy lights and a mirror. The luxury 5m bell tents allow up to four people with a double bed and two single beds. For groups of up to six, the 4m x 5m Touareg tents include a double and four single beds. If you want some added luxury, the Bedouin bell tent is a unique Moroccan themed tent with a double and two single beds. This features Persian rugs, two director's chairs, a table and a clothes hanging rail. Dogs are welcome, with up to two dogs allowed per pitch or bell tent. In the evening, guests can rent fire pits and BBQs, with charcoal and wood bundles for sale. You are also welcome to bring along your own, but do note that disposable BBQs are not permitted.

Nesta Valley Camping is open from 10/07 to 30/07 and 04/08 to 10/08.

Facilities include compost toilets and six showers. BBQs, charcoal, fire pits and firewood are available to rent/buy at reception. WiFi is available, just ask for the code at reception. Guests can pay extra for use of the wild spa with a sauna, hot tubs, yoga and massages. For kids, there are interactive play areas and craft activities.

Bar Paradiso is the onsite restaurant/cafe with a bar in a converted bus. Continental breakfast is available every morning (8am to 11am). Dinner is available 6pm -10pm Thursday to Sunday. Music sessions are held on Fridays and Saturdays. Every Friday, there are foraging sessions between 1pm and 3pm.

Salt and Malt Chew Valley cafe/restaurant is also a ten minute walk away. For essentials, a Co-op is a five minute drive from the site.

Nesta Valley is created to be the ultimate summer escape. As a collective of friends and families, we share a mutual passion in creating beautiful spaces for people to connect with nature, and facilitating opportunities for new and wonderful experiences.

Our shared belief and love for music, honest food, positive movement and whole body wellness has manifested in this beautiful offering, which we are so grateful to have the opportunity to share in the stunning fields overlooking Chew Valley Lake.

Our intention is for people to come and deeply drop in, relax, and be completely nourished by their stay at Nesta Valley.

Check-in is available from 2pm until 8pm. Please advise the site if you are delayed. Departure is due before 11am on your last day.

Yes! Up to two dogs per pitch or bell tent are welcome.

Guests can rent fire pits and BBQs, with charcoal and wood bundles for sale. You are also welcome to bring along your own, but disposable BBQs are not permitted.

Yes. Gazebos are permitted, especially during hot weather, for extra shade.

Things to do on site and in the Bristol area

Right onsite, guests can enjoy a relaxing outdoor spa area (extra cost), complete with a wood-fired hot tub and sauna, perfect for unwinding under the stars. There are even morning yoga sessions and massage treatments available.

Just 25 minutes' drive away is Bath, a beautiful city known for its Roman Baths, Georgian buildings, and great places to eat and shop. Take a walk along the Royal Crescent, visit the Abbey, or enjoy the waters at the modern Thermae Bath Spa.

Bristol, around 30 minutes away, is a buzzing city with cool shops, colourful street art, and famous attractions like the Clifton Suspension Bridge and SS Great Britain. It's a great spot for a day out exploring museums, harbourside cafes and parks.
