About the site

This family friendly site is an ideal base for exploring Pembrokeshire whilst having handy amenities onsite, including a bar, laundrette, designated charging stations, dog walking area, and large children's play areas. All just ten minutes from the Pembrokeshire Coast National Parks. The site offers 20 non electric grass pitches suitable for tents, trailer tents, campervans, motorhomes and caravans. There are also 83 all weather hardstanding pitches with grass areas for awning and 10 amp electric hook ups. Suitable for motorhomes and caravans only, with WiFi available pitch side. Enjoy a coastal day out at Telpyn Beach (10 minutes), Coppet Hall Beach (15 minutes), Saundersfoot Beach (20 minutes) or Tenby Beach (20 minutes), with each beach having its own activities, local shops, cafes and restaurants. Dogs are welcome to join you during your stay. Campfires and BBQs are not permitted onsite.

The facilites onsite include two toilet and shower blocks with an accessible wet room that are heated in the colder months. The site has a range of gas cylinders available for purchase, chargeable laundrette facilities with washers and dryers, charging points for electronics and a freezer for ice packs.

There is also a dog walking area and a large children's play area that includes a zip line, a trampoline, climbing frames and a large grass area for ball games.

There is a licensed bar onsite open throughout the season and weekdays during the school holidays. The family friendly bar has a pool table and gaming machines.

The Alpha Inn is less than a 15 minute walk from the site and serves food daily. Co-op Food is the closest shop for your essentials, a ten minute drive away.

Things to do on site and in the Amroth area

Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo is ten minutes from the site, where you can visit the animals, hop on a ride at the fairground and get the last of the energy out at one of the many play areas. There is also a restaurant and a few food kiosks to choose from, a great family friendly day out option.

You are ideally located for exploring the West Coast of Wales, just 15 minutes from Telpyn Beach, where you can enjoy the sandy shores, go kayaking and fish in designated areas. You are also only 20 minutes from Tenby Beach and the town.

There are plenty of walks and cycle paths in the local area where you can experience the beauty of the Welsh countryside first hand, including the Tavernspite and Amroth loop. This cycle path is less than a five minute drive from the site and considered hard, therefore for expert cyclists. It is about 20 miles long and takes approximately two hours to complete, but it is a great way to take in the views.
