fantastic views, clean and tidy site. shop, showers and other facilities good. the option of a licensed bar and televised sports would be great addition due to the location and size of the site. also a park for children to play in would be a good idea. overall a great few days at the site but I feel there's so much more they could do to enhance the site as its one of the largest places we've stayed

We loved staying here as a family. The view is spectacular and we had no problem finding the perfect spot to camp. The staff at Celtic camping were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Everything about this place was perfect! Very helpful and friendly employees, the other campers were also pleasant and chill which made the trip relaxing and positive vibes only. Facilities were fab for camping, didn’t really need to queue, and were kept clean. Breathtaking views, and perfect to watch sunsets (and most likely sunrises)Would come again! *kind note - showers didn’t run well if all were in use, but understand this could be for eco reasons..best time to go is when the showers aren’t so busy!

We've just returned from 2 nights at this site & wanted to say that it really exceeded our expectations. The two large fields offer lots of space to chose from & you're not confined to a drawn-out pitch. There's loads of outside wash-up areas, toilets & showers and a handy little shop for essentials. We were delighted with the communal area that offered kettles, microwaves, fridges etc & surprised that you could purchase a hot meal (Wed - Sun) too. The staff are helpful, but low-key so you have the freedom to do your own thing. Great secluded location with wonderful views of the sea where you can watch the sunset or head off for coastal walks. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Fantastic stay at the most beautiful location. Loved the wooden benches dotted throughout as an extra touch - very handy! My only suggestion would be for the showers and toilet facilities to be cleaned more frequently. We will definitely be returning and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had the best stay at Celtic Camping. Amazing choice of space in fields to park up, really impressed with the cleanliness of the toilet facilities - especially the portaloos! The views were breathtaking. We are planning our next visit!

We chose this campsite for the location and the sea views. Both were amazing and we loved that we could walk to the coastal path direct from the campsite. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The facilities were great, the toilets did get a bit messy but because of other guests and they seemed to be cleaned quickly. We would stay here again.

Lovely place with a great selection of camping spots. Facilities were spot on. The only issue was the shower water being too hot for my daughter to shower. Use of fire pit for free was a bonus too: some of the best sunsets I've seen and the lighthouse is lovely. Would certainly recommend.

Good things were the free wifi at the main building and the washing machine. Bad things were the dirty bathrooms and common areas including hair blocked sinks where you're supposed to do your dishes.

Great set up with everything that's needed, in a beautiful location with stunning views. Would recommend putting lights on portaloos to make them easier to find at night.

I really enjoyed my holiday at the campsite. There was plenty of space for everyone. The location was absolutely beautiful with stunning views! Also, the food was very good at the canteen. The staff were very helpful too. The day of my departure, I had a problem with my bike rack. Luckily a gentleman helped me fix the problem. I would definitely recommend the campsite to my friends and family.

Very good location, amazing views and quiet atmosphere. All facilities available, including washing machine and dryer, that I wasn't expecting. Even a little vending store to buy what you have forgotten. All beaches around are very nice and the scenery around is breathtaking. I would love to come back again at some point.

Great site, lovely location and lots of space. The small cove is a bit of a scramble to reach but only for about 20', the rest of the path is fine. The evening meals were good, large portions enough for 2 really. Views are stunning and enjoyed our stay

Celtic Camping was a dream, just what we were looking for. Very friendly welcome at reception with information about the site and the local area. There was so much space to choose to put your tent, we were spoilt for choice. No marked out pitches - just fabulous, huge fields, so has lots of capacity whilst still having your 'own' space. We loved the easy going atmosphere, no signs about 'can and can't do this', dog-friendly and children-friendly. The owners are very trusting of their customers, which is a really refreshing change. The facilities are excellent, and well thought out. There is space inside if the weather isn't good, a large barn with tables and benches, kettles, toasters and microwaves. There's also another indoor space for kids to go and play, what a great idea. Lovely toilet block with hot showers whatever the time of day, which also applies to the washing-up facilities. We will definitely book Celtic camping again and will recommend to family and friends. Well done and continue the great job you're doing. Super campsite!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location & scenery is fantastic, but unfortunately the showers let it down for us. They were lovely & hot but didn't seem to be cleaned during our 5 night stay! It would be really hard to shower with a little one, it seems more geared up for big groups of teens e.g DofE

Great scenery, but when we went it persistently rained. The shower/toilet blocks need updating. The outside sinks to wash up in need monitoring as disgusting. If we'd stayed longer we might of had difficulty getting out of the field so a hardstanding for motorhomes would be an idea. Would not return.

Thanks for taking time to leave a review of your recent stay Alison. Glad to hear you really liked the amazing scenery we have here at the campsite, but sorry that your stay coincided with some inclement weather. On arrival, we will always try to suggest appropriate pitches for campervans, caravans and motorhomes to use but will ultimately leave it up to guests to choose their own pitch. The benefit of the campsite being on a working farm is that in emergencies, we always have vehicles available to assist vehicles if they ever get stuck! This year we spent a lot of money upgrading the toilet/shower facilities in the Penberi block and during the close season will be doing similar with the facilities on the Abereiddi side of the site in advance of the 2023 season. Apologies that you found some of the washing up sinks unclean, this is important feedback for us to be aware of.

We enjoyed our stay at Celtic camping. I would like to thank again for the customer service provided. My daughter got sun burnt, and all the shops around were closed, so the guys opened up their shop onsite so we could buy aftersun lotion. That was just great, amazing customer service. Thank you so much.

If you want to get away from it all, this is the place. Staff were great with loads of room for everyone to pitch up. Great amenities including fridges and freezers and kettles which go a long way! The main draw is the scenery, just unreal views from the site. Definitely will go again.
