Just a five minute drive from the nearest sandy beach, and a five minute walk from your nearest pub, here you will have everything you need on your doorstep. Located in the charming village of Humansby, this small glamping site is perfect for a relaxing getaway on the Yorkshire Coast. The two glamping pods are kitted out with everything you will need for a relaxing stay for two. Each pod comes equipped with a double bed, two chairs, electric, hanging wardrobe space, a fridge, kettle and microwave, great for self-catering. You will also have an electric heater, perfect for those cooler months! Your toilet and shower facilities with be located in a pod nearby. There is a seating area for you to use, great for enjoying those warmer evenings. If you are wanting a luxurious experience, the Really Posh Pod is a perfect choice. You can enjoy a wonderful night's sleep on a luxurious king-size bed with Siberian goose feather duvet and pillows. Inside you will also find a continental kitchen with crockery, living/dining space with a smart TV and WiFi. You will also have a deluxe ensuite with a slipper bath, robes and towels for that extra comfy feel. Outside is a private garden area with outdoor furniture and a jacuzzi hot tub, perfect for al fresco dining or unwinding with a glass of bubbly as you gaze up at the stars! A well-behaved sociable dog is welcome to join you for your stay, just please ensure they are not left unattended in the pods.

Communal facilities are located in a separate Posh Pod, containing a toilet and shower room. There is a seating area for guests of the Posh Pods to use. The car park allows for one car per pod although there is plenty of on street parking just outside.
Within a five minute walk from the site, you will find a Co-op Food, The Piebald Inn pub, Hunmanby train station and Rosedale Fishing Lake.

Absolutely superb. The welcome from Vicky could not have been any better. A review will not do this accommodation justice. It's a must go to place to really get the appreciation of this pod. Watching the stars above from the Hot Tub was magic, even in the winter months. Will certainly book again in the future.

First time glamping, thought we'd do it with style. I'd say it was great value for money - Vicky was very friendly and polite and the pod was very, very clean and proper. It is literally 2 minutes from the train station where we nipped to Scarborough for the day. Only a few pubs in the area so you do have to pre book a table, we tried the Pie Bald Inn, and easy 10 min walk from the Pods and would highly recommend there for a meal when staying at the Pods. Would love to go to the pod again, maybe even try the Grade II Listed lodges Vicky had to offer. Great location in a quiet village, couldn't recommend it more.

A clean and comfortable place to stay, the owner thought of everything, right down to the last detail. Location is great as only a 5 min walk to the local shop and pubs. The only downside is we had to come home! Booking again for next summer.

Things to do on site and in the Filey area
Hunmanby is a relaxed village with a holiday-style way of life, you are close to the beach (the breath taking Hunmanby Gap) and within a short drive of the seaside resorts of Scarborough (9 miles) Whitby (30 miles) and Filey (5 miles). Filey is perfect for taking a walk on the beach, grabbing some fish and chips or enjoying an ice cream.
Just a five minute drive down the road is The Bay, Filey. The Bay is home to a leisure centre boasting a gym, sauna and swimming pool. On site you will also find a putting green, tennis court and the John Paul Jones pub which serves great food - in particular the gourmet burgers!
Walking or cycling routes are in abundance along this coast, so there is plenty to do. There are also a selection of local golf courses within reach if you want to bring your clubs!
