About Tom's Eco Lodge

This glamping site is the perfect place to get away from it all and unwind, with over 30 acres of native amenity woodland, and more than 4km of countryside hedging. From glamping in style in luxury safari tents, to relaxing in wood cabins or eco pods or even escaping to one of the farm cottages, you'll be able to make full use of everything on offer at Tapnell Farm to make your stay a holiday to remember. These safari tents put the glam in glamping, accommodating up to eight. They're fully self contained with comfortable beds and cosy log burning stoves. The cabins will sleep ten guests, with each boasting some of the most spectacular views on the farm. Tucked away and blending beautifully into the countryside the site's pods enjoy stunning views of Tennyson Down and accommodate couples searching for solitude as well as families of four. Bespoke designed Modulogs, sleeping six, offer the best views on the site. If you're with a larger group, you might like to try Tapnell Manor (sleeps 20) or two cottages (sleeping eight each). If you wish to hire the entire site, it can sleep up to 100 people in total. Why not get a big group together or come and celebrate an occasion here?

Cabins and pods are open 365 days a year, while the safari tents are open from the beginning of the Easter holidays until the end of October half term.

Facilities are self contained within each glamping accommodation, including private kitchenettes, showers and toilets. Wi-Fi is available across the site. Onsite restaurant The Cow serves delicious burgers.

An onsite farm shop is packed with holiday essentials, including fresh coffee, local fruits and veg, and supplies for pizza ovens.

Unique glamping pods, designed specifically for the site and with the best views to be had. Fully insulated with two separate bedrooms, compact kitchen and a separate shower room and toilet. Sleeping six.

Unfortunately Tom's Eco Lodge doesn't share their availability calendar with us yet. Availability changes quickly, especially in summer, so we recommend enquiring by phone to avoid missing out.

Site rules and policies

You must arrive after 4 pm and preferable by 6 pm on the date of arrival. For those of your invitees who arrive after 6 pm, please arrange for someone to meet and show them to the site or ask them to follow our direction signs.

You and your invitees must depart from the site by 10.30 am on the departure date.

You must organise all clearing up after your booking so that the site and property are clean, tidy and clear of all rubbish.

Please be respectful of other guests and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially after midnight.

Things to do on site and in the Yarmouth area

Onsite, you'll find the popular Farm Park, with plenty of friendly animals in the paddocks, indoor and outdoor play. Nearby, Aqua Park offers a Football Golf course, and Archery and Axe Throwing.

Tom's Eco Lodge is not only surrounded by natural beauty, but also lots of fun activities for everyone! There are superb beaches, where you can either get active with surfing lessons or a huge range of watersports of just read a book in your deckchair.

If it's days out with the family that you fancy, the island has you covered with the Island Planetarium and Reptilarium.

You won't want to miss walks along the forgeous Isle of Wight AONB, which takes you along its western coastline.
