About the site


This family holiday park is perfect for a fun-filled break by the sea. Just a couple of minutes' walk from the sandy shores of Brean Beach, it's a great spot for sea swims and enjoying the fresh coastal air. With so much to do both onsite and nearby, it's a great spot for all ages! Guests can choose from spacious electric grass pitches (around 7.6m x 7.6m) or electric hardstanding pitches (around 4.6m x 4.6m), all with 16 amp hook ups. Each pitch can accommodate up to 12 people, making them ideal for families and groups. Please note that certain caravan makes are not permitted on site, including Hobby, Roma, Tabbert, LMC, Tec and Weippart. The indoor swimming complex is open all year and includes a large 25m pool, fun water slides and splash areas for younger children. In the warmer months, the outdoor waterpark opens too, complete with slides, shallow pools and sun loungers for relaxing in the sunshine. There's plenty more to keep everyone busy. Kids can enjoy the soft play area, playgrounds and arcade, while older children and adults can try bowling, padel courts, the bike pump track or even the golf course. There's also a fishing lake and a range of bookable activities like archery and axe throwing. In the evenings, live shows, music and family entertainment take place! Food options are just as impressive, with a wide choice of places to eat and drink. From sit-down meals in restaurants and bars to quick bites like fish and chips or pizza, there's something for everyone. There's also a supermarket and snack outlets for picking up essentials throughout your stay. Dogs are welcome too, with up to two allowed per pitch. They can join you in most public areas around the park, and there's even a dog-friendly cafe, making it easy to bring your four-legged companion along for the trip. For outdoor cooking, BBQs are allowed as long as they are raised safely off the ground. Open fires are not permitted. The park is also home to a range of static caravans and holiday homes.

In the camping and touring area, you will have access to toilets, showers and laundry rooms. The park features an indoor swimming complex with a 25m main pool, water slides, children's splash areas, and changing rooms with showers and family facilities, as well as outdoor pool areas (open from Whitsun to August) with a waterpark, three waterslides and a sunbathing area.

Guests can enjoy meals and drinks at venues such as Wonky Donkey, Breakers Bar and Restaurant, Cider House, RJ's American Diner, and the Sports Bar, as well as quick options including Sea Salt Fish and Chips, Central Park Pizza and Krunch. Additional snack outlets, a supermarket and poolside options are available across the park.

There are plenty of activities, including a large indoor soft play area, outdoor playgrounds, padel courts, a fishing lake, an arcade, bowling, a bike pump track and access to a gym and golf course. Daily and evening entertainment takes place at RJ's and the Pavilion venue, with live shows, music, and family friendly performances available during the holiday season.

Bookable activities also include rifle shooting, archery, The Cube challenge and axe throwing. Brean Beach is within a few minutes walk, and Brean Theme Park is also located next to the park. Opening hours for facilities may vary depending on the time of year, with most amenities operating daily during peak holiday periods and some being an additional cost.
