Morfa Lodge Holiday Park offers a family owned and family friendly site, close to the coast and within easy reach of Caernarfon Castle and Dinas Dinlle. The park is perfectly placed to explore Snowdonia National Park, but with two heated swimming pools, a bar and entertainment onsite, you won't need to go far for fun!

About the site

The park is well positioned, just a half hour by road from the A55 Expressway at Bangor. It's tucked within the foothills of the Snowdonia mountains and close to the beaches of Dinas Dinlle, offering both a coastal escape and a perfect place for family fun. You'll receive a warm welcome here and a chance to relax and take in Morfa's setting within beautiful parkland with sea views. Pitches are set on slate hardstanding, with electric and accept only touring vehicles. Sorry, no tent camping here. Dogs are more than welcome too so don't forget your four legged friends! Please note that food service at the bar is currently unavailable.

Site facilities include showers and toilets. There is a clubhouse with games room and family room, amusement arcade and pool table. A bar is also provided, which serves meals such as classic fish and chips or Welsh steaks along with ales, wines and spirits.

The park has a dance floor and provides seasonal entertainment. There are two heated outdoor swimming pools (available from mid May until mid September, weather permitting) and a play area for the kids. Free WiFi is available.

There's a picnic area for dining alfresco on sunny days and there's also an onsite launderette, as well as fishing nearby.

Further pubs, restaurants and supermarkets can be found in Caernarfon, a 20 minute drive away.

Things to do on site and in the Caernarfon area

There's plenty to keep the smaller members of the family smiling - whether they're splashing about in the pool, heading off to the beach or challenging each other to a round in the games room.

Just 25 minutes takes you to the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, where you'll be wowed by its mountains, tempted into Conwy valleys and chugging along on the Snowdonia Mountain Railway.

Caernarfon Castle is a big hit for fans of history but there are also hosts of adrenaline fuelled options to try in these parts, from whizzing through the air at Zip World, to a helicopter swoop over North Wales or even underground trampolining at Bounce Below.
