Nestled on the edge of the Peak District National Park, Thurlmoor Farm is the perfect site to unwind in the peace and quiet of the countryside. There are a number of electric grass pitches accommodating motorhomes, campervans, caravans and suitably equipped tents on two acres of land. Relax at the site and take in the stunning views or explore the many walks and trails the surrounding area has to offer.
About Thurlmoor Farm Campsite
This small, peaceful site is the ideal base for your next camping holiday. Situated on the edge of the Peak District National Park, you won't be short of adventure, with plenty of opportunities for hiking or cycling to suit all abilities. Motorhomes, campervans, caravans and suitably equipped tents are welcome across the site's spacious electric grass pitches. Set on two acres of land, there are great views from your pitch out to the hills of the Peak District National Park and beyond. The site is also a great centre to explore Yorkshire and the Peak District, with the market towns of Holmfirth and Penistone just a 15 minute bus ride away from the campsite gate. Please note there are no toilets and shower facilities onsite. Small raised off the ground and disposable BBQs are welcome. Sorry, no campfires allowed. Four-legged friends are welcome on site, so don't forget to pack the dog treats.

There is a Tesco Superstore ten minutes from the site and the Fox House pub is just a 15 minute walk away.

Site rules and policies
Check-in is due 12:30pm onwards and check out is due before noon unless agreed otherwise or you have booked the extended 5pm stay. Please ask if you haven't booked it.
Things to do on site and in the Holmfirth area
There is plenty to do nearby, if you are a nature lover the Trans-Pennine Trail is great for walkers and cyclists with woodland nature reserves and river views along the way. Just ten minutes from the site on foot or by bike.
Sheffield is just 40 minutes from the site, chill out in one of the city's parks, visit a museum or do some shopping.
