About the site

This is an idyllic family-run site set on a 200-acre working cattle farm. It is small in size but big on space! Situated between Pickering and Sinnington, this is a lovely base for exploring the North Yorkshire countryside, with the North York Moors National Park just a five minute drive away. The site itself is spacious with just four grass pitches and 11 hardstanding pitches for trailer tents, campervans, caravans and motorhomes, all of which come with 10 amp electric hook up and convenient water taps. All pitches welcome up to five guests, measuring 5m x 9m with far reaching views over the surrounding rural landscape. Additionally, there are two heated holiday homes that each sleep up to four people. Each home has a spacious double bedroom and one twin room, with linen provided, although please bring your own towels. The holiday homes are fitted with large, well-equipped kitchens and a dining and lounge area for you to relax in front of the TV, which has a DVD player. BBQs are also permitted, so don't forget to pack your apron, and please ensure they are raised from the ground. Four-legged friends can also join you on the pitches, but please keep them on a lead as the site is located on a working farm.

Grass pitches are available from end of May until the end of September. Hardstanding pitches are available from the 2nd March until 10th November.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding PitchesApr 2026

Lovely site on a farm with stunning views. The site was quiet with well sized plots, each with their own picnic table which was handy. Showers and toilets were clean and modern. My only small criticism is that I would have liked somewhere to place my toiletries within easy reach of the shower when in there. Dog friendly and a nice pub within walking distance. We'll be back.
