About the site
This tranquil countryside retreat is situated just outside of Bakewell, an idyllic village in the heart of the Derbyshire countryside. There are 45 grass pitches for campers with tents and a further 140 hardstanding pitches for tourers. These come with 16amp electric hook up. All of the pitches have uninterrupted views of picturesque countryside, with privacy being provided by the mixed woodland on either side of the fields. There is also a separate field housing privately owned static caravan holiday homes. Dogs are welcome and as this site is ideally located in the Peak District National Park, this is a lovely spot for dog walkers and hikers alike.
