About the site
This rural site provides an idyllic spot for your next camping holiday. Set within great walking country, the Peak District is the perfect location for those looking for an outdoor adventure, be it hiking, cycling or wildlife spotting. Tents, trailer tents, campervans and motorhomes are welcome across the site's non electric pitches. Each pitch allows up to six guests with no set markings, just plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have their own little patch. There are also a further three grass pitches which have the addition of an electric hook up, suitable for tents only. These pitches are located in the main field which is a big hit with families and small groups. A spacious field is also available exclusively for Duke of Edinburgh expeditions. It's hard not to be impressed with the setting of this peaceful site, nestled along the edge of the Lathkill Dale in the White Peak area of the Peaks. You'll stay on a real Derbyshire working farm, with grazing animals in the neighbouring fields. If you are wanting to enjoy a spot of cooking, BBQ are permitted as long as they are raised from the ground. Please note, open fires are prohibited. Dogs are also welcome to join you for your stay, with up to two allowed per pitch.
