About the site

Unwind at this peaceful, family-friendly touring park, located just a 20 minute drive from the Mendip Hills National Landscape, ideal for hiking, cycling, and dog-friendly countryside walks. Soak up the views and take a 20 minute stroll to Ebdon, where you'll find local shops and country pubs. On site, there are non electric hardstanding pitches (6m x 6m) available for campervans, each with access to a chemical disposal point. Alternatively, choose gravel hardstanding pitches (6m x 8m) with a 10 amp electric hook up, water connection, and chemical disposal point suitable for motorhomes and campervans. There are also larger gravel pitches (8m x 9m) with a 10 amp electric and water hook ups plus a chemical disposal point. These pitches are for caravans, roof tents, trailer tents, campervans, and motorhomes. For seaside relaxation, Sandy Bay Beach is just a ten minute drive, or travel ten minutes further to reach Weston-super-Mare Beach. Local attractions include Puxton Park just ten minutes away, and Wookey Hole Caves, a family favourite, within 45 minutes. For a city day out, Bristol is also a 45 minute drive. Dogs are welcome onsite. BBQs are permitted, provided they are raised off the ground. Sorry, open fires are prohibited.

Facilities onsite include four individual toilets, a shower block with four individual showers (£1 per six minutes), accessible facilities, as well as a washing up room with a sink. You will also have access to a communal washing machine, fridge, and covered seating area.

The Ebdon Arms is within a 20 minute walk, serving a range of hot meals and cold beverages. For those everyday camping essentials, a short ten minute drive will take you to your nearest Tesco Express and Premier.

For a relaxing beach day, head to Sand Bay Beach within a ten minute drive or travel 20 minutes to the popular Weston-super-Mare Beach. There, you can explore Weston Museum, enjoy The Grand Pier, play a round at Weston-Super-Mare Golf Club, or browse the many shops and eateries.

The Mendip Hills National Landscape is just 20 minutes away, great for walking, hiking, cycling, or simply unwinding in nature. You're also within 30 minutes of Cheddar Gorge and Caves, a natural landmark steeped in history and known as the birthplace of England's famous cheese.
