About Farsyde Farm
Stay just a 20 minute walk from a lovely sandy beach - Robin Hood's Bay - at this family and dog friendly farm site with panoramic sea views. There are a total of just 15 grass pitches, ten for tents and five for campervans and tourers. Each one measures 8m x 8m, does not have electric and allows a maximum of six people. Awnings, pup tents and gazebos are all permitted for an additional cost. Escape the everyday on the North Yorkshire coast and completely switch off, or discover the stunning trails of the Cleveland Way. A maximum of two dogs are welcome per pitch at an additional cost, just please keep them on the lead. Fire are not allowed and BBQs are allowed as long as they remain raised off the grass.
Farsyde Farm is open on the following dates for 2024: 01/01 to 03/01, 05/01 to 08/03 and 29/03 to 03/09.
There are toilets onsite as well as a washing up area. Shower available with an honesty box of £1.
The closest pub the Bay Hotel 20 minute walk away and is right by the sea. For grocery shops, there's a village shop Thorpe Stores five minutes away, or a larger Sainsbury's and Co-op a 15 minute drive away. Plus a Post Office at the top of Robin Hood's Bay.

This site offers the most incredible views across towards the coast and out to sea. The Cleveland Way passes just below the site so it's a perfect base for walking. Robin Hood's Bay is about a 15min walk down a nice path with no roads. We had lots of room and Heidi was always on hand to answer questions if needed. I also brought my horse who stayed in the paddock directly next to our tent. It was so lovely to look out to see him grazing and the hacking nearby is fab. The site was dog friendly and perfect for our little boys too. Facilities are basic but do the job and are clean and well serviced, can't ask for more than that! We would love to return and highly recommend this site :)

Such a beautiful place! Very convenient and easy to locate :) It was affordable and the owners are lovely! Easy access to the beach and you get a beautiful view from the field. Child and dog friendly, which is also a plus! Loads of space so you're never too close to anyone! Such a fun and easy experience for camping beginners.

This is the perfect spot for those needing a dose of the sea, a 20 minute walk will take you to the idyllic Robin Hood's Bay beach. The golden sands are perfect for relaxing and the rock pools make for great exploring for the little ones.
Also within a 10 minute walk is the Cleveland Way, a 109 mile walking route that meanders through incredible and ever-changing landscapes - an ideal way to explore the local area and soak up the beauty of North Yorkshire.
