About Greenhills Holiday Park
This tranquil countryside retreat is situated just outside of Bakewell, an idyllic village in the heart of the Derbyshire countryside. There are 45 grass pitches for campers with tents and a further 140 hardstanding pitches for tourers. These come with 16amp electric hook up. All of the pitches have uninterrupted views of picturesque countryside, with privacy being provided by the mixed woodland on either side of the fields. There is also a separate field housing privately owned static caravan holiday homes. Dogs are welcome and as this site is ideally located in the Peak District National Park, this is a lovely spot for dog walkers and hikers alike.

Onsite facilities include toilets, hot showers, washing up station, laundry room and children's' playground.
Onsite you'll also find a shop and a clubhouse that carries locally sources ales in The Stable Bar. Bakewell village is just a short distance away and here you'll find a couple of shops and eateries.

Famous for Bakewell Tarts, the quaint village of Bakewell is just a stones throw away and is a must see whilst staying here. Stroll along its central River Wye, visit the tea rooms are pay a visit to the open market on held every Monday.
For anyone looking to explore nature, the Monsal Trail is a must. Suitable for walkers and cyclists, you'll have eight miles of stretching trail to venture down.
