About the site
Sun, sea, sand and sheep - this site sits perfectly above Robin Hood's Bay on a farm with breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and scenic countryside surrounding. Soak up the relaxed atmosphere and get back to nature in a location that's hard to beat. Tents, campervans and motorhomes are welcome on the site's 12 non electric grass pitches, each measuring 5m x 5m and welcoming up to two guests. The site is also a mere 25 minute walk from the famous Yorkshire bay, with views out over the boats bobbing below. The walk takes you along an old railway track to the coastline. Whitby is also just a 15 minute drive away, with a sandy beach and plenty of seaside attractions, it is a great destination for a day out. Dogs are welcome to join you on your stay. BBQs are welcome if raised off the ground, along with raised campfires. So bring your wood supply and marshmallows!

I had a lovely two nights at this venue. It's just a 30-minute walk away from Robin Hood's Bay, and there's a direct path from the site. The owner was really friendly and helpful. The showers and toilets were spotless, and the view was absolutely beautiful. Just a heads up, it can be windy there, so make sure your tent is sturdy. Thanks a bunch, Bay Ness Farm!

Welcoming, clean toilets, showers and wash up area. Well kept ground, beautiful view and quiet. Easy start for walks on Cinder Path and Cleveland Way.

Really nice campsite with hot showers. Wasn't overcrowded and therefore was really peaceful!
