About the site
Enjoy being surrounded by glorious countryside, whilst still within easy reach of local amenities and top attractions. Just a stone's throw from the Peak District, this family friendly park is well placed for days of exploring with Chesterfield and Matlock within a 15 minute drive. For roof tents, campervans, motorhomes and caravans, there are fully serviced grass pitches available with areas between for setting up your table and chairs. Measuring 6m x 6m, each pitch comes with pay as you go 16 amp electric (payable by app or onsite), a grey waste and a water hook up. The site offers a choice of cosy 5m bell tents, each set up with a king sized bed and bedding plus two futon beds for extra guests. They make a great base for families or couples, with solar fairy lights for cosy evenings. Towels and cooking equipment aren't included, but shared toilets are close by. Please note, this site does not have any showers, so guests must have access to their own. The Star tent has clear roof panels so you can watch the night sky from the comfort of your bed. It also comes with a clip-on sunshade for lazy mornings. There are also three glamping cabins to choose from. The Black Cabin has an enclosed porch, while the Natural Cabins opens out with a larger porch that's perfect for sitting back in the fresh air. Both are furnished with a king-sized bed, bedding, and a small fridge and kettle. A little extra comfort is included in the cabins, with their own modern ensuite shower rooms complete with toiletries and fluffy towels. Guests also enjoy a hospitality tray with tea, coffee, milk, and bottled water to help you settle in. Canine companions can join you for your stay too in the natural cabins, with up to two dogs allowed per pitch and cabin. Please note, the black cabin and bell tents are pet free. You are welcome to cook over a raised BBQ, but only smokeless fuels and fire logs are allowed.
Pitches are available between April and November, glamping accommodation is open all year round. Pitches from £25/night for 2 people.

Check-in is 4pm to 8pm on your day of arrival. For pitches, check out is noon on your final day and 11am for glamping. Early check-in and late check out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Yes. BBQs are allowed, but please make sure they are raised off the ground and that any fuel used is smokeless. Sorry, campfires are not allowed.

Yes. Parking for the cabins is at the end of the track. Tent parking is in the car park by the entrance. However, you are welcome to park by your pitch to unload and then return your vehicle to the car park.
