About the site

This farm and family-run park is ideal for couples and small families. Located just off the main A477 road, it's a short hop from the fabulous Welsh coastline and vibrant seaside towns of Saundersfoot and Tenby, just a ten minute drive away! The site offers a mix of hardstanding and grass pitches suitable for touring caravans, motorhomes, campervans, roof tents and traditional tents. Tents and trailer tents have 10m x 10m grass pitches with a 10 amp electric hook up, or without. You will find level five electric hardstanding pitches for caravans, campervans, roof tents and folding campers, along with a single electric hardstanding for a motorhome. Pitches measure 10m x 10m, feature a 10 amp electric hook up and a small grass area. Please note that awnings must be set up on the hardstanding, not on the grass. Pup tents or gazebos are not permitted. During the summer months, a separate tent field is available, with both electric and non electric grass pitches. The field also includes a football goal, making it a popular option for family camping holidays. This additional tent field is seasonal and operates during peak dates. There's also a selection of glamping options, including camping pods and bell tents. Little extras can be found inside, or choose an unfurnished bell tent. Bell tents have a small double bed, solar panel lighting and an outdoor picnic bench. Please bring your own bedding. The pods have either a twin bed or a double bed, a kettle, a TV, a heater, plus a USB charging socket (please note that there are no other electric sockets). Outside, you can enjoy a patio with seating. All provided accommodation options have use of the communal camp kitchen, shared toilets, and shower facilities. Seasonal pitches and storage for touring caravans are available too. Dogs are also welcome, with up to two dogs allowed per pitch and an enclosed dog walk. However, dogs are not allowed in the hired accommodation. BBQ's are allowed, just please ensure they are raised off the ground. The site owners are happy to deliver a cooking stand to your pitch. Please note, open fires or fire pits are not permitted.

Grass pitches and pods are open between April and August. Hardstanding pitches from March to October. Pitches from £21-£41/night for 2 people (depending on dates). Glamping from £55/night for 2 people (depending on dates, 2-night minimum).

Roof Tent - Electric Hardstanding PitchesSep 2026

Quiet, but great hidden away campsite. Spacious pitch with hardstanding and decent sized grassed land by the side. Our pitch was Cresswell Quay situated in the middle, so easy access to both toilet and shower blocks/dishwashing points and not far from the reception. Downside was bar, shop (no other shop local) and freezers were all closed and shower blocks could do with a bit of modernising. But will definitely try again peak season.

Peace and quiet

Single Axle Caravan - Electric Hardstanding PitchesSep 2026

Really enjoyed our stay, we stayed an extra 3 nights which was no problem. The pub down the road is handy if you do not want to cook (walking distance) about 10 mins away. Good food, recommend Sunday lunch, need to book early (is also dog friendly). We will definitely go back to Masterland, our second visit this year. The lane coming in is very bumpy, need to drive slowly.

A note from the site themselves...

We welcome new and old customers to stay on our traditional family-run farm site. Built with so much love and passion, we can't wait to share this with you! Masterland Farm has been passed through the generations, celebrating over 50 years as a campsite.

Starting in 1976 with Hugh and Margaret, they decided to start diversifying their dairy and arable farm into a touring site. Having started small, camp quickly turned into a much-loved holiday spot.

Farming then took a holt, as they dedicated their all into the site.Together for almost 20 years, they fulfilled their dream of a successful caravan and camping park. As time went on, the dream never stopped. Son, Kevin acquired the business and continued to run the campgrounds.

Years later, the grandchildren joined the work team. With the farm back up and running, it is booming with sheep, honeybees and our rescue donkey. We are now a proud, third-generation family business, running both a working farm and much loved campsite.
