About the site

The park is ideally located for the popular seaside towns of Tenby and Saundersfoot and has access to the Pembrokeshire National Park's coastal paths and secluded beaches. The vibrant market town of Narberth is just ten minutes away, with the nearest beach being Coppet Hall Beach, a 15 minute drive from the site. Next door is Folly Farm, which also operates the site. The attraction is a previous winner of a TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice award, rating it as the 10th best zoo in the world and several times winner of Visit Wales' Best Day Out. As if that wasn't enough, it has also won the Best Visitor Attraction in Pembrokeshire and Day Out. On the touring park, all of the pitches are super-sized, measuring 12m x 10m, and include a grassy area next to a gravel hardstanding area. They are suitable for tourers and motorhomes, and gazebos can be pitched on the hardstanding using rock tent pegs at no extra charge. Pitches are fully serviced with a services bollard for drinking water, wastewater disposal and 16 amp electric hook up. A daily electricity allowance is included in your pitch fee, but guests who exceed this limit pay a charge of 25p per kWh. Pitches are named after some of the attractions you can find at Folly Farm, so you'll be pitching up at "Pirate Cove", staying at "Sloth", or camping on "Chair-o-plane!". The site also offers a range of electric grass pitches for tents. If you prefer glamping, there are also a range of showman's wagons, along with spacious safari tents. A play area is located between the touring park and the campsite, and paying once for day tickets to Folly Farm gets you unlimited entry to Folly Farm for the duration of your stay!

Folly Farm Holiday Park is open from 02/01 to 21/12. Pitches from £25/night for 2 people.

VW-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding PitchesNov 2025

Excellent site, really large gravel pitches with water and electric hook up. Toilets and showers exceptionally clean. Had 2 dogs with us, great running field for them to have a run, plenty of space to walk too. Right next door to Folly Farm which is great for families, only a few miles from Tenby which is a bonus. Definitely be returning, 5 stars 👍

Site's response

Large A-class or Tag Axle Motorhome - Fully Serviced Hardstanding PitchesNov 2025

What a fantastic place to stay, the pitches are all well kept and serviced and large enough for our tag axel motorhome. The staff are friendly and helpful, we wanted to depart late and this was no trouble at all. The toilet block was clean and to be honest one of the best I've used and we have used many sites. The farm/Zoo next door is brilliant and if you include your ticket you can visit as often as you like while it's open, my picky husband couldn't find a fault which is unusual for him, his only gripe was it needed a better selection of chocolate in the shop. Nice play area for the dog, we didn't have any children with us but there is a play room with games and also a nice park area. We have already booked for next year.

Site's response

Awesome feedback! So pleased to read you enjoyed your stay. It's fantastic to have such positive comment about the size of our pitches, the cleanliness of the facilities building and for our attraction itself. Also great to have kept your picky husband happy and I'll definitely put a shout in for a wider selection of chocolate ;) Also great to hear you've already booked for next year and we can't wait to welcome you back! Kind regards Folly Farm Holiday Park

A note from the site themselves...

We're so proud of our Holiday Park - a fantastic addition to everything we have to offer at our award-winning attraction. The feedback we've had from guests since we opened in July 2020 has been incredible and we've been delighted to welcome back lots of return visitors, which is a true testament to the site we've created and the warm welcome guests receive from our friendly staff.

Guests tell us they enjoy being able to pop to the attraction even just for an hour or so, and they love hearing the animals at night when all the day visitors have gone home, particularly if they're lucky enough to hear Hugo, our African lion, roaring!

We're a family-run business, and our founder's family farmed the land for three generations before we opened as an educational tourist attraction back in 1988. The family ethos runs deep at Folly Farm, but now our extended family includes our wonderful staff, fantastic animals and all the families that visit and now stay with us!
